Ethan Santore, DDS

Oral Surgeon

Dr. Ethan Santore, originally from Hudson Valley, NY, developed a passion for dentistry in high school. He joined the Scholars for Dental Medicine program at Stony Brook University, graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science and earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Specializing in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Yale New Haven Hospital, he gained expertise in complex procedures.

In his free time, he enjoys sports with his fiance, Alyssa, and their Pembroke-Welsh Corgi, Fred.

Vinnie Gupta, DMD

General Dentist

Dr. Vinnie Gupta is a skilled and compassionate dentist from Monroe, MI. Dr. Gupta prides herself on being dedicated to providing exceptional dental care. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University Of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2021. Dr. Gupta offers expertise in dentures, bridges, extractions, and more, focusing on personalized treatment. Dr. Gupta looks forward to welcoming you to her practice and helping you achieve optimal oral health and a beautiful smile.

After relocating with her husband, they have recently enjoyed outdoor activities such as tennis, pickleball, and biking.

Anthony D. Bellucci, DMD

General Dentist

Dr. Anthony D. Bellucci grew up in New Haven and Branford, graduating from Notre Dame High School in 1981. A guitarist since childhood, he attended Berklee College of Music before earning a biochemistry degree from Southern Connecticut State University in 1989. He then graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1993, after receiving several awards and presenting research at international conferences. He completed a residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in 1994. He later returned to Branford and now practices with us at PureSmilesCT.

Athena Kabouris, DMD

Pediatric Dentist

Dr. Kabouris earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and minor in Psychology from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, and a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine also in Boston, MA. After finishing her GP residency at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York, she joined the Mount Sinai Health System in New York, NY, in 2020 and earned the distinction of completing a residency in Pediatric dentistry.

Dr. Kabouris has wanted to be a dentist ever since she was a little girl. She was inspired by her own pediatric dentist and wanted to replicate her positive experience for others. She is a lover of ice cream and the color pink. Dr. Athena spends her free time exercising and enjoying the company of her husband and their son, Michael and two daughters, Elena and Sophia.
